Richard Haycocks
Chairman
A founder member of Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance team and former partner at Baker Tilly, Richard has decades of experience leading M&A transactions in the UK and internationally. He pioneered Project Finance service lines at both firms, advising on major PFI and PPP schemes including Skynet, the UK military satellite communications system. Richard is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Securities Institute.
Richard brings the governance, transaction and enterprise perspective required to build LumosAI for large organisations and strategic technology partners.
Andrew Mercer
Founder & CEO
Andrew Mercer is a Chartered Accountant, technology entrepreneur and the originator of IXGraph.
His career has centred on a recurring problem: organisations invest heavily in systems and data but still struggle to understand the relationships that actually determine performance.
He founded One Meaning, subsequently acquired by Oracle, and later founded and developed businesses including 2OC and Carbon-12. His experience spans enterprise software, infrastructure, organisational transformation and complex regulated environments.
IXGraph brings those strands together: enterprise architecture, organisational understanding and graph technology combined to give AI a structured model of how an organisation works. Previously sold One Meaning to Oracle and founded 2OC and Carbon-12.
