A founder member of Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance team and former partner at Baker Tilly, Richard has decades of experience leading M&A transactions in the UK and internationally. He pioneered Project Finance service lines at both firms, advising on major PFI and PPP schemes including Skynet, the UK military satellite communications system. Richard is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Securities Institute.
